  • The IVI RMA Patient Advisory Council will hold monthly virtual meetings, creating a continuous feedback loop between patients, clinicians, and leadership teams.
  • Council members include former patients, partners, medical directors, and executives, ensuring diverse perspectives shape care standards.
  • Insights gathered through the IVI RMA Patient Advisory Council will directly influence patient experience initiatives, service delivery, and organizational strategy.

In a decisive stride toward deeper patient engagement, IVI RMA North America has introduced two new Patient Advisory Councils, one in the United States and one in Canada, designed to elevate firsthand experiences into strategic action. These councils are set up as collaborative forums where patients, their partners, and clinical teams come together in open dialogue to shape the future of care delivery with empathy and clarity.

Launching virtually on December 16, 2025, in the U.S. and January 14, 2026, in Canada, the IVI RMA Patient Advisory Council initiative will meet monthly, building ongoing channels for real-time feedback that influence care standards and organizational priorities. Featuring a blend of patient representatives from each market alongside practice leaders, medical directors, and executive teams, these councils aim to fuse real lived experiences with system-wide planning.

According to Iris González, Chief Operating Officer at IVI RMA North America, this approach will help the organization refine its patient-centered care by listening to what truly matters to the people they serve, driving improvements grounded in authenticity rather than assumption. Leadership across the network will harness insights from these advisory bodies to steer enhancements across patient services, engagement, and innovative care programs.

IVI RMA North America, home to iconic fertility brands including Reproductive Medicine Associates, Boston IVF, and TRIO has built its reputation on evidence-based treatments and cutting-edge research, contributing to more than 220,000 births to date. With these councils in motion, the network is poised to set a new benchmark for patient partnership in reproductive health care.
