Kindbody and Future Family partner to expand access to fertility care

Kindbody, a leading fertility and family-building benefits provider and clinical care delivery platform, has announced a landmark partnership with Future Family, the premier financing platform designed exclusively for fertility patients. This collaboration is specifically designed to Expand Access to Fertility Care by providing patients with flexible, patient-centred financing options integrated with dedicated clinical and financial support.

The partnership addresses a significant challenge in the reproductive health sector: the high cost of treatment. With the average IVF cycle costing between $15,000 and $20,000 and many patients requiring multiple cycles, financial barriers often prevent individuals from pursuing their dreams of parenthood. By joining forces, Kindbody and Future Family aim to alleviate this burden through comprehensive financial solutions and expert guidance.

“Access to affordable, compassionate fertility care has been our mission since day one,” said Brian Miller, Chief Operating Officer at Kindbody. “Partnering with Future Family allows us to remove one of the most significant barriers our patients face—the cost of treatment. Together, we're ensuring that financial constraints don't stand between people and their dreams of building a family.”

Comprehensive Financing and Clinical Support

Through this initiative to Expand Access to Fertility Care, Kindbody patients can now access personalised financing of up to $50,000 with competitive rates and flexible terms tailored to individual treatment plans. The platform offers a soft pre-qualification process that does not impact credit scores, allowing patients to explore their options with peace of mind.

Beyond the financial aspect, the partnership provides a "concierge" approach to care. Patients are paired with dedicated Financial Specialists to customise payment plans and RN Care Coaches who provide expert clinical guidance throughout the journey. The coverage is inclusive, encompassing IVF, IUI, egg freezing, medications, genetic testing, and donor services.

Claire Tomkins, Founder of Future Family, founded the platform based on her own struggles with the high out-of-pocket costs of IVF. She noted, “Future Family was born from personal experience—I built my own family through IVF and experienced first hand the high out of pocket cost of IVF. Financial stress can compound an already emotional journey. We've helped more than 10,000 patients move forward with care, and partnering with Kindbody allows us to extend that support to even more families seeking compassionate, accessible fertility treatment.”

Inclusion and Accessibility in Family Building

This collaboration reflects a shared commitment to making family building more equitable. The services are designed to Expand Access to Fertility Care for a diverse range of patients, including LGBTQ+ individuals, single parents by choice, and anyone facing fertility challenges. Future Family's financing features, such as no prepayment penalties and interest that accrues only on funds used, ensure that the process is as transparent and manageable as possible.

Kindbody continues its mission to democratise women’s health and reproductive care through its national network of signature clinics and virtual care options. Together with Future Family’s specialised financing, they are removing the financial barriers that stand in the way of building the families of the future. Patients can begin the process by applying for financing online to explore options specific to their unique treatment timelines.
