Memphasys has expanded the European commercial footprint of its Felix™ System into Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Iceland through an exclusive agreement with Nordic fertility-technology distributor NOVIVITAE ApS.

The Felix System Nordic expansion carries minimum contracted purchases of €526,500 across three agreement years, following a three-month evaluation period. An initial order valued at €20,625, together with three Felix™ consoles, is to be supplied and invoiced in the September quarter.

Nine European Countries and Counting

The five new markets take Felix™ commercial activity or agreements in Europe to nine countries, alongside Italy, the United Kingdom, Türkiye, and Poland. The expansion gives Memphasys a broader base from which to build clinic engagement and recurring cartridge demand across the continent.

Each Felix™ procedure uses a single disposable cartridge which means the commercial opportunity depends not only on placing consoles but also on clinics adopting the system and using it consistently. The agreement supports that progression through quarterly ordering requirements and rising minimum purchase commitments after the evaluation period concludes.
