INVO Fertility, a healthcare fertility company committed to expanding access to advanced treatment through clinic operations and technological innovation, has announced a strategic alliance with Heidi Health to deploy its AI-powered scribe platform at the Wisconsin Fertility Institute (WFI).

The collaboration marks a key step in INVO Fertility’s efforts to enhance clinical efficiency and patient care through digital transformation. Heidi Health’s AI-driven platform is built by doctors and integrates seamlessly with existing EHR systems, allowing providers to automate documentation without overhauling their digital infrastructure. By adapting to each physician’s preferred note-taking style, the system generates precise and personalized clinical documentation, cutting down administrative time and cognitive strain for medical teams.

The system currently supports nearly 2 million patient interactions each week and is used in more than 50 countries, in over 200 specialties, and across more than 110 languages. “We’re thrilled to collaborate with INVO Fertility and WFI to bring our AI-driven tools to Wisconsin patients,” said Dr. Thomas Kelly, CEO and co-founder of Heidi Health. “Heidi’s AI scribe automates an average of over two hours of daily administrative work, transcribing and processing clinician-patient conversations, producing clinical notes and follow-up materials so clinicians can focus on delivering quality care to their patients.”

For fertility specialists at INVO’s Wisconsin Fertility Institute, the integration of Heidi AI Scribe will mean the automation of patient consultation transcription, creating accurate records, case histories, and administrative files in real time. This efficiency is particularly crucial in reproductive medicine, where providers manage both the emotional and medical complexity of infertility care. The technology is expected to reduce manual note-taking by as much as 80%, enabling doctors to engage more meaningfully with patients, strengthen trust, and refine individualized treatment plans.

Dr. Gretchen Collins, medical director and Reproductive Endocrinologist and Infertility specialist at the Wisconsin Fertility Institute, shared her enthusiasm for the initiative. “We are excited to be partnering with Heidi Health to find ways to continually elevate the patient experience at our Wisconsin clinic, ensuring every individual feels supported each step of the way. This technology empowers our team to focus on what matters most – building families.”

According to Steve Shum, CEO of INVO Fertility, the move continues the company’s trajectory toward innovation and patient-first care. “This partnership builds on INVO Fertility’s series of recent advancements to bring cutting-edge technology and advanced treatment options to our Wisconsin-based facility,” he stated. “Moving forward, we will continually look at new ways to ensure we achieve our mission to empower families with the tools and expertise they need to achieve their dreams of parenthood.”

By leveraging Heidi Health’s AI-powered scribe technology, INVO Fertility aims to streamline documentation while preserving the empathy and attention that define fertility care. The partnership underscores a shared vision of using intelligent automation to enhance clinical efficiency and deepen patient engagement a milestone in INVO Fertility’s mission to redefine accessibility and experience in reproductive healthcare.
