IVF Academy USA launched its new OBGYN Clinic-Ready Fertility Services Accelerator Program to help board-certified OBGYNs confidently add comprehensive fertility services in their existing practices.

IVF Academy USA, a fast-growing school for embryologists and fertility lab workers, announced on March 27, 2026, the start of its new OBGYN Clinic-Ready Fertility Services Accelerator Program. This 30-hour hybrid training is meant to help board-certified OBGYNs add fertility services directly into their practices.
It is worth noting that IVF Academy USA is expanding its training offerings to improve patient access to early fertility services and also strengthen the overall fertility care ecosystem. The academy is led by Dr. Anthony Anderson, D.H.Sc., ELD (ABB), a nationally recognised embryology laboratory director with over 35 years of experience.
Dr. Anderson said, “Across the country, patients are waiting longer to access fertility specialists, and many never reach that point because early evaluation and treatment pathways are limited. “OBGYNs are uniquely positioned to provide the first line of fertility care. This Fertility Services Accelerator Program equips physicians with the skills, confidence, and systems they need to deliver evidence-based fertility services directly within their practices.”
Most people go to an OBGYN first and trust them the most when they need reproductive health care. But in the past, most practices had to send patients to other places for assessment and early treatment.
IVF Academy USA's new fast-track program for OBGYNs is meant to fill that gap. The hybrid program has 14 hours of online instruction and individual coursework that can be done at any time. It also includes a two-day hands-on residency focusing on clinical procedural training, such as IUI workflows and diagnostic hysteroscopy for in-office procedures and advanced imaging techniques, as well as revenue operations training covering CPT billing and reimbursement coding for specialised fertility services. Graduates get a Certificate of Completion and leave with useful templates, checklists, and protocols that they can make use of right away. This helps clinical OBGYN practices provide better care and cut down on referral delays.
The accelerator program is meant to help OBGYN practices build long-lasting fertility service lines, in addition to helping patients get the care they need.
Based on the average number of patients, the program estimates that each practitioner could make about $189,000 a year from fertility evaluations and services, seeing around or above patients in a month, with profit margins of 65–70% and a break-even period of three to four months after the program ends.
Dr. Anderson said, “These services allow physicians to retain continuity of care while building a more sustainable practice model. “When OBGYNs can offer fertility evaluation and early treatment, patients benefit from earlier intervention, and practices gain the ability to keep care coordinated under one roof.”
The new OBGYN fertility services program is based on IVF Academy USA's ten years of growth from teaching embryology to teaching clinical and nursing as well as interdisciplinary fertility education. The goal of the organisation is to create standardised training paths that can be used by more people to help meet the growing demand for fertility care around the world.
Interestingly, the first group of the OBGYN Clinic-Ready Fertility Services Accelerator Program starts on May 1, 2026, and there are only a few spots available.
